Public Service Commission (PSC) Case #9866

Five proposed transmission-connected energy storage projects (in Baltimore, Garrett, Harford, Montgomery and Prince George's counties) are seeking approval from the Maryland Public Service Commission under the Next Generation Energy Act.

A virtual public hearing will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 6 p.m. to receive comments from local residents and other stakeholders.
