Legislative Scorecard

A legislative scorecard is a tool used to track and summarize how elected officials vote on issues that matter to our community. It provides a clear, fact-based snapshot of where officials stand based on their voting record—not campaign promises or statements.

Each scorecard is built by identifying key legislation related to responsible land use, development, and environmental stewardship in Harford County. Votes are then evaluated for alignment with these priorities, resulting in an easy-to-understand score or rating.
