Here is Friends of Harford's report on Harford's Comprehensive Zoning Issues, with our recommendations and rationale for each issue.
The document is organized by County Council District, A through F. For each district there is:
- a District Report which describes each issue, explains what we considered while evaluating the rezoning request, and what zoning we believe is appropropriate.
- a map of the issues, grouped geographically
- a spreadsheet of the issues with FOH's recommendations, P&Z's recommendations, and where our explanations can be found in the District Report
In many instances, issues in a group share the same concerns. When this happens, the report discusses these common concerns at the beginning of the group. This is in addition to what is written about individual issues within the group.
